3. Credits and Payments
- Credits are consumed when you use AI features (script generation, statement analysis, etc.)
- Credits do not expire and are non-transferable
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases
- Lifetime access is a one-time purchase tied to your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Attempt to abuse or circumvent the credit system
- Submit malicious content via email forwarding or file upload features
- Resell or redistribute scripts generated by the Service
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI-generated scripts will result in successful cancellations or negotiations. Results depend on the policies of the subscription service you are contacting.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrimSpend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
